-AME as Jonsen's direct subsidiary, operating in NA, will oversee and work with all distributors and dealers in NA.

-We PROMISE that all distributors will be on territorial basis. Each distributor will be the exclusive one in its state(s). We do NOT tolerate competition between our own machines. 

​

-Jonsen/AME will not conduct direct sales in any way inside assigned territories. 

​

-Jonsen/AME will provide training sessions in sales and service.
